– Arrival of Passengers' baggage at destination point with less weight than indicated in the
carriage documents of the Passenger.
UNCHECKED BAGGAGE
- Any baggage
of a Passenger,
except for checked one, carried in the passenger cabin of
the aircraft
(including hand baggage).
UNESCORTED DEPORTEE
– A person who
takes air flight compulsorily, unaccompanied by authorized officers of the
relevant authorities.
APPEAL
– Individual
or group feedbacks, suggestions (notes) and complaints of physical
or legal persons stated
in written or oral form
STOPOVER
- Temporary interruption of carriage pre-agreed between the Airline and the Passenger (for more than
24 hours) at any point, except for the points of departure and destination.
