24.7What is the breakdown of client numbers in South Australia for 2017-18 and 2018-19 who are already NDIS clients (category 1 & 2) for whom the ECEI partner would provide Function 7 (as per 2.3.1 Annex E to the Statement of Requirements) and new clients (category 3) for whom the ECEI partner would provide Function 1-7?
