Multi-layer picture order count derivation (AHG10) ([e-mail]) [fix]Establish configurations, generate anchors, and create reporting sheets for SHVC CEsStudy picture order count (POC) operation for HEVC layered coding, . Provide configuration data to be used in SHVC CEs (within one week after SHM 3.0 software is available)in regard to loss resilience, random access, step-wise layer transitions. Discuss and identify additional issues related to SHVC CEsIdentify problems associated with POC derivation. Solicit and study candidate solutions for identified problems with POC derivation.
