Discussion and conclusion:
Response to TD S2 160207. This was left for off-line discussion to take proposals in TD S2 160390 into account and revised in TD S2 160667. This was revised off-line again in TD S2 160826 which was reviewed. The proposed answers to CT WG1 questions were reviewed individually and some clarifications suggested. This was left for off-line update and clean-up and revised in TD S2 160830 which was reviewed. Some corrections were suggested and this was revised accordingly, also to remove revision marks and attach the agreed CR, in TD S2 160906 which was approved.
