Revised in drafting session to TD S2 160762. There were a number of comments and clarifications needed and this was left for further off-line discussion and revised in TD S2 160765 which was reviewed. Nokia Networks asked for clarification of the use of old GUTI and UE configuration. This should be clarified. Other clarifications were needed and this was further discussed off-line and revised in TD S2 160837 which was reviewed and approved.
