Orange commented that modification of the NetLoc Feature is not part of this Work Item. It needs to be clarified whether this modifies Netloc or only re-uses NetLoc functionality. NTT DOCOMO asked whether this could be included as part of Solution 10 instead of adding a new Solution. It was clarified that this is different from Solution 10. This was left for further off-line discussion and revised in TD S2 160729 which was reviewed and agreed. This was Block approved.
