Abstract: Provides evaluation of the different solutions for obtaining VPLMN-ID at IMS entities.
Discussion and conclusion:
This was reviewed and left for further off-line review in order to determine the best candidates for selection of solutions to pursue and was revised in TD S2 160732 which was reviewed. The sources should be confirmed. There were further comments made and this was left for further off-line discussion and revised in TD S2 160812 which was reviewed. LG Electronics commented that multiple solutions were requested by some companies and asked to add a note in the Conclusion part to allow for this. It was clarified that there is text allowing to this to be challenged if Solution #6 does not meet the requirements for key issue #3. It was suggested to enhance the editor's note to allow multiple solutions if there are good commercial reasons and strong support for it. This was further discussed off-line and revised in TD S2 160868. This was left for e-mail approval. e-mail revision 2 was agreed. Revised in TD S2 160927. Approved.
