| Discussion and conclusion:
LG Electronics commented that the 'Advantages of Solution' criteria did not appear in the table in TD S2 160688 as NTT DoCoMo did not agree to add it and asked why it was not accepted there, but is included here. It was commented that there were not specific advantages identified between the solutions in TD S2 160688. The SA WG2 Chairman asked, based on the table, whether we can now move forward with Solution 2. It was clarified that this would focus the work, allowing other solutions to be pursued if there are strong reasons to do so as the work progresses. A proposal for this working assumption was drafted in TD S2 160734. This contribution was then further discussed off-line and revised in TD S2 160733 which was reviewed and agreed. This was Block approved.
