Ericsson asked why the is a flow modification in step 7 and another in step 12. Cisco suggested to review the proposal from Alcatel-Lucent in TD S2 160267 which also deals with this. This was merged with TD S2 160267 into TD S2 160563.

Discussion and conclusion:
Cisco commented that this proposal was more useful than the one from ZTE but asked to remove 6.1.1.5.2 from this proposal as it could be part of User plane selection. Alcatel-Lucent agreed that this could be included as part of a separate issue. This was left for further off-line discussion to merge parts of TD S2 160239 in TD S2 160563.
