| Discussion and conclusion:
Cisco asked how this will be measured and translated into an actionable requirement for energy efficiency. It was also asked what is meant by 'exposure and measurements' in this context and it was asked whether this type of work is expected to be done in 3GPP or in other bodies. The SA WG2 Chairman suggested that improving scalability for some functions may help to improve energy efficiency for specific deployments. This was left for further off-line discussion and revised in TD S2 160708 which was reviewed. Cisco asked whether the requirements were rather in the scope of SA WG5.Orange replied that bullet 9 includes energy-efficiency system adjustments which are not done by SA WG5. This was left for further off-line discussion and revised in TD S2 160815 which was reviewed. There were some issues raised with this and it was left for a future meeting and noted.
