Abstract: Summary of change: Update the TMGI Monitoring Request procedure to include PPPP and QCI parameters in the figure (for the TMGI Monitoring Request message). Update the corresponding text to reflect the added parameters in the figure (for the TMGI Monitoring Request message), and also to describe how the UE-to-Network Relay uses the PPPP. - A note is added: if multiple PPPP values received for the same TMGI, it is up to UE implementation to determine the PPPP value (this is an alignment with Stage 3 agreement).
