Abstract: SA WG2 acknowledged the issue that is beneficial in certain scenarios for implementations for E-UTRAN to become aware of the use VBR codec. SA WG2 approved the attached CRs to allow E-UTRAN to become aware of the use of VBR codec signalling the VBR parameter set by the PCRF.
