Abstract: Summary of change:
- a country can be associated with multiple MCCs. When a UE determines its location it may be able to
derive one or more MCCs.
- align the ePDG selection for a UE attached to a PLMN via 3GPP access and for a UE authenticated
with a PLMN that has an MCC matching the country the UE is in.
