Features of Mars Planet wıth Curıosıty and Lıfe Exploratıons Purpose of this work is to follow the results of scientific experiments, done by Curiosity rover which was sent to Mars by NASA. Also, on what purpose similar rovers were sent to Mars before and what they did in brief is researched and compiled together. Findings of the research are achieved by document analysis method and content analysis has been done for compiling information about life on Mars. Moreover, information of spacecrafts that will be sent to Mars in the future is stated in this work.
Curiosity rover carries out experiments on life on Mars with its equipment. The space craft makes more detailed experiments than the other spacecrafts in terms of atmosphere, mineralogy, elemental isotope and water research on Mars. The findings of the rover are compared to the results of space crafts, sent Mars before and it helps which equipments required for the future researches. Curiosity has confirmed the findings of Spirit and Opportunity with its experiments on Mars and deepened more. In this thesis, among prominent information is that there was water and denser atmosphere in history of Mars.
