6.9.Where pursuant to this Agreement a new Licensee or a new publication is added or a new subscription is taken out IOP shall provide to the Subscriber or the Licensee (as appropriate) an invoice in respect of any additional fees payable under this Agreement and such additional fees shall be payable to IOP within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
6.10.Where pursuant to this Agreement a new Licensee is added IOP shall provide access to the electronic form of the Publications two working days after receipt of payment of the invoice issued pursuant to Clause 6.9.
