Audit on number usage conducted	The existing numbering plan was analysed, including draft regulations published by ICASA on the revised numbering regulations. Furthermore, international trends were analysed, and incorporated into a consolidated report.	X			-

ISSA capacitated and programme launched	Online applications were developed for the ICT SMME Portal.		X		Target not fully achieved due to several constraints including the cost of training and lack of staff to provide training at ISSA as well as the remote location of ISSA.	Consideration is undergoing to incorporate relevant ISSA functions within the e-SI Programme.
