access is available through single fiber connection as a complete package. The bill
received by the user is for all these services. In this way you
are bothered to pay just a
single bill.
Conclusion
FTTH technology is going to be a new method in delivering high-speed data right at our
doorsteps. Dialups, which were once a luxury, are now fast fading and are being replaced
by broadband connections. The kind of integration FTTH offers is unmatched, since all
TV,
Internet, telephony etc will be handled by a single connection. Although
centralization of communications services comes with its distinct disadvantages, but still
greater uptime can be ensured with proper planning and deployment.
As stated earlier,
the technology is still in its infancy but the time is not far when we will be enjoying
similar services. The future is yet to come.
