The Customer and the Contractor shall hereinafter be also jointly referred to as the “Parties” and severally as a “Party”
The Parties hereby agreed as follows:
Subject
Under this Agreement, the Contractor undertakes to timely and duly perform the services described in Appendix-1 hereof (hereinafter the “Services”), and the Customer pays the fee to the Contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions herein set for the Services.
With effect from the execution date of this Agreement, all of the relations arising between the Parties hereof as well as their rights, obligations and responsibilities shall be governed by civil legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
