Summary
In the article, the analysis and research of complex-rheological oil seepage in the well bottom zone and movement in pump-compressor pipes is given. Practice shows that some of the oil fields used in the world oil industry have non-Newtonian properties. Oils in such deposits contain a certain amount of paraffin, asphaltene, and tar. Filtration of such oils does not obey Darcy's law. The generalized Darcy's law is used to solve this problem. This law is mostly true for viscoplastic fluids. According to this law, the effect of a new parameter on filtering is studied. This parameter is the starting touch voltage. As a result of the physical effect of the initial contact stress, the production of oil seeping into the wellbore is reduced. In this case, it is necessary to use additional pressure to filter the oil. As the formation temperature decreases, the initial contact stress increases, which in turn has an adverse effect on many processes. Therefore, the generalized Darcy's law can be used in a number of filtration processes.
In recent times, the influence of the well bottom zone on the oil seepage process has been widely studied in world practice. The study of the skin zone as an indicator affecting filtration is an urgent issue. The effect of the skin zone can be both positive and negative. For this reason, studying the influence of this zone is of great importance. Changing this parameter affects output. The skin factor is a dimensionless quantity that shows how the subsequent permeability of the formation changes with respect to the initial permeability. If this parameter takes a negative value, its effect will be positive. In this case, an increase in production will be observed. Hydraulic analysis, reservoir simulation, wellbore with high slope can be indicated as the reason for the negative value of the skin factor. If the value of this parameter is positive, then it will have a negative effect. In this case, production will decrease. Partial completion, insufficient number of perforations, phase changes, turbulence, reduction of the initial permeability of the bed cause the skin factor to get a negative value.
