Problem Statement

Thermochemical methods were used in the experiments. Thus, "Chromic anhydride" substance with high oxidizing properties and low alcohols were used. Chromic anhydride substance has high oxidizing properties, and dissolves in any water (drinking, sea, groundwater, river, etc.) in any proportion and forms chromic or double chromic acids. Both acids obtained also have high solubility property against petroleum products. The reaction of these acids with lower alcohols (methyl, ethyl, butyl, propyl, etc.) occurs with high heat and gas release. Separated gases are aldehyde gases and are characterized by high solubility in oil. In this case, oil viscosity drops sharply and it is better compressed in the formation (in the formation model). The phenomenon of swelling of clay with the composition prepared in laboratory studies was also studied. Experiments have shown that in the experiments conducted with the application of chromic acids and low alcohols, clays are not swollen, but the volume of clays is reduced ("shrinking" due to their effect. This indicates that the application of the prepared composition does not cause the pores to shrink in poorly cemented sandy-clay rocks. , on the contrary, compression ("shrinkage") of rocks occurs, which leads to an increase in permeability in the bottom zone. However, experiments have shown that the heavy components contained in oil (asphalt, resin, paraffin, etc.) due to the heat released from the reaction ( up to 1500C) melts and detaches from the pore surface, increasing the pore volume as well as the permeability of the formation.[2]
The experiments are carried out in the following order: After creating a linear layer model of the porous medium, after studying the absolute permeability of this medium, as well as the permeability to water, the process of filtering the oil of Mud Pilpilesi field from that medium is monitored. Experiments have shown that after filtering 9-11 pore volumes of oil, the percolation rate is less than twice the initial percolation rate. After this situation occurs, the oil in the model is compressed with the proposed composition, and the compression is continued until the initial filtration rate is restored. Recovery of seepage rate is an indication of recovery of permeability of the wellbore zone.
