R U L E S
1. The articles in the journal can be typed in six languages (Azeri, Tur- kish, Russian, English, German and French).
2. The articles in the Azerbaijani, Turkish, English, German and French languages must be typed in the Latin alphabet, but the articles in Russian must be typed in the Cyrillic alphabet. With Times New Roman – 14, the articles intervals between lines – 1,5.
3. At the end of the article the scientific novelty and practical signifi- cance of the work must be demonstrated.
4. It is necessary to refer to the scientific sources caresponding the sub- ject. The preference must be given to the scientific articles, monographs published for the recent 5–10 years. The literature list given at the end of the article must not be ordered alphabetically; but it must be numbered by order in the text and for instance marked [1] or [1. P. 20]. In case of repetition of the same literature in different places of the text, the same literature must be marked with the previous number.
5. Codes and key words of the UOT or PACS types must be demon- strated in every article. The key words are to be given in three languages.
6. Addition to the article language, the summary must be in two other languages. The summaries in different languages of the articles must exactly be the same and correspond to the content of the article.
7. It is necessary to note the author’s / authors’ workplace and address also his lor their e-mail address.
8. In case of plagiarism, no articles will be published.
