| Interpersonal communication and collaborative skills:
i) Successfully Organized “XVII Annual Conference of Indian Association for Angiosperm Taxonomy and International Seminar on Changing Scenario in Angiosperm Systematics” held at Department of Botany, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra (19-21 November, 2007). (Organizing Secretary). During the conference some 10 scientist participated in the conference and their all arrangements were looked after
ii) I have sufficient exposure to interact effectively and persuasively with a strong knowledge base at senior levels as Task Force member of various committees of Department of Biotechnology(DBT), Ministry of Environment and Forestry and member of many committees constituted by State and central Government.
