The REVP adjourned, as it was noon. He asked people to return at 1:30 pm.
Proceedings resumed at 1:30pm. The REVP asked the Credentials Committee to present its report (Sandra DiGnagbo, Jason Brown): 60 delegates, 6 observers and 6 staff members. The report was approved.
