14.1In the ECEI participant numbers released for South Australia, you reference Tier 2 and Tier 3 participants. Are these equivalent to ‘Entry Category Two’ and ‘Entry Category Three’ definitions on page E-1-6 of Attachment 2 – SOR ECEI? If not, can you please define Tier 2 and Tier 3?
