17.8The Participant volumes in the Pricing Response Schedule only refers to LAC in Advance, Initial Plan and Implementation and Review and Full Scheme Plans. The proposed LAC workforce will also be required to allocate 20% of its total work effort to Information, Linkages and Capability Building. Is there a 20% loading in funding to pay the workforce for these Activities?

No. All relevant elements of all LAC functions, including the 20% of total work effort being allocated to Information, Linkage and Capacity Building (ILC), is considered and included in the Service Area funding.
