PETROLEUM AND GEOTHERMAL ENERGY ACT 2000

Suspension of Petroleum Exploration Licence—PEL 570

PURSUANT to Section 90 of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000, notice is hereby given that the abovementioned Petroleum Exploration Licence has been suspended for the period from and including 1 February 2013 until 31 January 2014, under the provisions of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000, pursuant to delegated powers dated 21 March 2012.

The expiry date of PEL 570 is now determined to be 5 September 2018.

WATER INDUSTRY ACT 2012

Designation of Irrigation Services

PURSUANT to Section 5 (3) of the Water Industry Act 2012 (the Act), I, Ian Hunter, Minister for Water and the River Murray, and Minister to whom the administration of the Act is committed, hereby revoke the notice of designation of irrigation services published in the South Australian Government Gazette No. 83 on page 5708, dated 20 December 2012.

This notice has effect from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

WATER INDUSTRY ACT 2012

Designation of Irrigation Services

PURSUANT to Section 5 (2) (c) of the Water Industry Act 2012 (the Act), I, Ian Hunter, Minister for Water and the River Murray, and Minister to whom the administration of the Act is committed, hereby designate the following irrigation services for the purposes of Section 5 (2) (c) of the Act:

The sale and supply of water where that water will be used for the primary purpose of irrigation for primary production.
