1—Short title
This notice may be cited as the Aquaculture (Approval of Lower Eyre Peninsula Zones Policy) Notice 2013.
2—Approval of aquaculture policy
(1) The Aquaculture (Zones—Lower Eyre Peninsula) Policy 2013 is approved.
(2) The policy comes into operation on the day on which this notice is published in the Gazette.
