Notice of Application

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 52 (2) (b) of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, that Ezibulk Pty Ltd as trustee for The High Street Trust has applied to the Licensing Authority for the removal of the Wholesale Liquor Merchant’s Licence in respect of premises situated at 30 Erskine Street, Goodwood, S.A. 5034, to be situated at 220 Young Street, Unley, S.A. 5061 and known as Ezibulk.

The application has been set down for hearing on 18 March 2013 at 11.30 a.m.

Any person may object to the application by lodging a notice of objection in the prescribed form with the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner and serving a copy of the notice on the applicant at the applicant’s address, at least seven days before the hearing date (viz: 11 March 2013).

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 52 (2) (b) of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, that The Rowlands Sky Bar Pty Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority for a Special Circumstances Licence with Extended Trading Authorisation and Entertainment Consent in respect of premises situated at 12-18 Rowlands Place, Adelaide, S.A. 5000 and to be known as the Rowlands Sky Bar.

The application has been set down for hearing on 14 March 2013 at 10.30 a.m.

Conditions

The following licence conditions are sought:

• The licence will authorise the sale and consumption of liquor on the licensed premises by residents of the apartments at 12-18 Rowlands Place, Adelaide, S.A. and their guests on any day between 8 a.m. and 2 a.m. the following day.

Any person may object to the application by lodging a notice of objection in the prescribed form with the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner and serving a copy of the notice on the applicant at the applicant’s address, at least seven days before the hearing date (viz: 7 March 2013).

Notice of Application

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Section 52 (2) (b) of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, that Smiling Samoyed Pty Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority for a variation of licence conditions in respect of the Special Circumstances Licence situated at 48 Main South Road, Myponga, S.A. 5202 and known as Myponga Brewery.

The application has been set down for hearing on 13 March 2013 at 10.30 a.m.

Conditions

The following licence conditions are sought:

The licensee applies for the current licence conditions (not including the authorised trading hours and Extended Trading Authorisation) to be replaced with the following:

1. The sale of liquor for on and off premises consumption is limited to the following:

• Wine produced in the following regions:

○ McLaren Vale;

○ Langhorne Creek;

○ Currency Creek; and

○ Southern Fleurieu.

• Beer produced by micro-breweries or small producers (specifically excluding beer produced from any micro-brewery or small producer operated or owned by a publicly listed company or subsidiary thereof);

• Cider produced in South Australia;

• Liqueur produced by the licensee; and

• Beer produced by the licensee.

2. Sale for off premises consumption of beer and cider not produced by the licensee, is limited to quantities of no more than 2.25 litres per transaction.

3. The sale and consumption of liquor with or ancillary to food provided by the licensee is approved during the times listed in the licence.

4. The sale and consumption of tap beer; there shall be no more than one tap dedicated to beer other than that authorised in Condition 1.

5. Sale and consumption of liquor by persons attending a pre-booked function or reception.

6. Sale and consumption of bottled beer for consumption on the licensed premises.

Any person may object to the application by lodging a notice of objection in the prescribed form with the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner and serving a copy of the notice on the applicant at the applicant’s address, at least seven days before the hearing date (viz: 6 March 2013).
