The CCTVs System will be installed to cover the Republic Day Arrangement-2017. The cameras will be installed as per the requirement of New Delhi District (at and around Rajpath), North District, Security Unit, CentralDistt. and North-West Distt. (Chhatrasal Stadium) to cover all the strategic locations.

The Control Rooms will be installed in the respective District/Unit. The system will also be monitored in C4i at Police Headquarter. The bidder should provide the connectivity between the local CCTV Control Room and the nearest Police Station/Police Post (installed with Cyber Highway node) with optical fiber cables to facilitate connectivity with C4i at the Police Headquarters.
1.3
The following is to be provided by the finally selected bidder at each location of the respective area/user Unit for the connectivity with C4i at PHQ.
IP with subnet mask & gateway for DVRs at each location.
1GBPS Switch with fiber module to connect all the DVRs at each location.
Laying of Fiber cables from the local CCTV control Room switch to nearest police station having cyber highway node (nearest location with cyber highway node is mentioned in the schedule of requirements).
Connection to the cyber highway switch in the police station to enable connectivity with C4i through cyber highway.
Required hardware for fiber connectivity in both ends (media converter if OFC port is not available or OFC module if OFC port is there but module not available)
Client software with manual to run the video or recording remotely at C4i
Port details to open in firewalls of cyber highway & C4i necessary support from the local CCTV vendor.
1.4
Working environment of all the equipments should be -5 degree centigrade to 50 degree centigrade with relative humidity upto 90% non condensing.
