Specific Responsibilities:

• 
  To maintain proper bookkeeping procedures
  
• 
  To coordinate with administrative assistant as it pertains to bookkeeping procedures and periodic financial reports
  
• 
  To prepare a budget in coordination with the President
  
• 
  To prepare monthly reports for the Board of Directors
  
• 
  To supervise receipt and disbursement of chapter funds
  
• 
  To comply with, oversee preparation of, and submit all governmental tax regulations and filings
  

- Form 990-N

- if gross receipts of corporation less than $25000 per year.

- must be filed within four and a half months of the close of the

chapter's fiscal year (current fiscal year ends June 30.)

- Form 990

- if gross receipts of corporation greater than $25000 per year.

- must be filed within five months of the close of the

chapter's fiscal year (current fiscal year ends June 30)
