Decision (affirming BoG M0450 recommendation): Allow different frame rate for different layers – Agreed for SHVC. The proposal seems to be SHVC only. Text related to AU boundary detection and related to AUD should be clarified, e.g. when a version 1 decoder is fed with a multi-layer bitstream with different picture rates for different layers.
Decision (affirming BoG M0450 recommendation): Agreed in principle on not to support mixed scalability types for now. Concrete language to be worked out by the editors.
Decision (affirming BoG M0450 recommendation): Also agreed to include a bare minimum definition of the Scalable Main profile into the SHVC WD.
