SHVC inter-layer filtering (AHG13) ([e-mail]) Study alternative upsampling and downsampling filters for spatial scalability. Study candidate filters for SNR scalability. Study phase relationships for inter-layer filters. Identify alternative candidate resampling filters and distribute associated downsampled test material within 3 weeks after the meeting.
