Conclusion on partial storage
We’d like to take this study we have done, and now we have surveyed some problems and early solutions, we probably have enough of a grip on the problem to start posing the use cases, assumptions, questions, and requirements, and we can then refine these discussions in that light. Contributions welcome.
It might also be good to document what the various transport protocols can do, in terms of loss/reception reports: MMT, FLUTE, HTTP 1.1, and so on.
In the meantime we revise the output document with these contributions.
