The BoG on IVC was chaired by Ronggang Wang. The first meeting of the BoG was held Monday. The following issues were identified during the Monday plenary of the Video SG as needing to be resolved during the meeting, and were further discussed in subsequent plenaries:
Perform a subjective viewing of ITM12, and report results;
Further identify potential candidate elements for ITM13.
Recommendations of the BoG as subsequently described were reported to the Video plenary and confirmed as decisions of the Video SG.
