ATFPP
Gegory Pallone, Orange Labs, presented
This is a late contribution that reports on a listening test of the ATFPP CE. When analysing differential MUSHRA scores:
-
At 8 kb/s differential, 4 better, mean better. Some improvements are more than 5 MUSHRA points.
-
At 12 kb/s differential, 6 better, mean better. Some improvements are more than 5 MUSHRA points.
The presenter noted that the results from Orange Labs were quite consistent with the pooled results presented in association with contribution m19303. Specifically, for 2 items and the mean at 8 kb/s both Orange Labs and the pooled data indicated improvement and for 4 items and the mean at 12 kb/s both Orange Labs and the pooled data indicated improvement
David Virette, Huawei, noted that there is already a normative post-filter with control information transmitted in the bitstream.
