19. m34913 Comment for DASH DAM 2: spatial_set_id parameter in SRD

Summary: proposes a new parameter to signal whether the reps are at same level or same tile across adaptation sets.

Disposition: Noted. The client has to derive the information to use SRD anyway and therefore we don’t think this signaling will reduce the client’s complexity significantly.
