The proposal has been evaluated using simple simulation software. As quantitative evaluation result, they proposed expressiveness and compactness. Expressiveness is measured as percentage of successful description in M.3 over the given effect in M.2. Compactness is the size of instance and the size per effect. As qualitative evaluation result, they provided description efficiency, delivery complexity, and processing complexity.

The basic building block including GroupOfEffects and SingleEffect in WD1.0 was modified to include declaration, parameter, and reference. The element name ‘SingleEffect’ is changed to ‘Effect’.
