ETRI

The proposal has been evaluated using simple simulation software. As quantitative evaluation result, they proposed expressiveness and compactness. Expressiveness is measured as percentage of successful description in M.3 over the given effect in M.2. Compactness is the size of instance and the size per effect. As qualitative evaluation result, they provided description efficiency, delivery complexity, and processing complexity.



‘Declaration and reference’ structure is agreed to be part of WD2.0 of SEM.

Some attributes proposed by ETRI are agreed to be part of WD2.0 such as Alternate effect URI, adaptation information and priority.



Myongji/ETRI

The proposal has been evaluated using evaluation system using simulation software. They provided compactness as evaluation result but the result was different from UNIKLU. They proposed some clear definition on ‘activation’ and ‘duration’.



Parameter for preparing color correction is agreed to be part of WD2.0.

Philips/amBX

Sharp

The proposal has been evaluated using evaluation system including software and lighting devices. They provided evaluation result on the color temperature.



Adaptation attributes group is agreed to be part of WD2.0.

UNIKLU

The proposal has been evaluated using evaluation system including light, fan, vibration, scent, etc. They provided quantitative evaluation result on the compactness represented as size of description. They also provide qualitative result in the aspect of authoring complexity, delivery complexity and processing complexity.



The basic building block including GroupOfEffects and SingleEffect in WD1.0 was modified to include declaration, parameter, and reference. The element name ‘SingleEffect’ is changed to ‘Effect’.

M15801 Study text is incorporated in the new WD.
