Quyidagi jadvalda berilgan “o” xarfining unli va undosh xarf birikmalari bilan o`qilishini o`qituv chi birgalikda taxlil qiling, o`qing va so`zlarni yodlang.

Grammatika:
The Continuous Tenses
Fel`ning Continuous (Present, Past, Future) zamon shakllari to be yordamchi fe`li va asosiy fe`lning sifatdosh I formasi yordamida tuziladi.

To be + Participle I



Bo`lishli shakli
1. He is translating the text. U matnni tarjima qilayapti.

2. He was translating the text. U matnni tarjima qilayotgan edi.

3. He will be translating the text. U matnni tarjima qilayotgan

bo`ladi.

So`roq shakli


  1. Is he translating the text?

  2. Was he translating the text?

  3. Will he translating the text?


Bo`lishsiz shakli


  1. He is not translating the text.

2. He was not translating the text.

3. He will not translating the text.
Fe`lning Continuous zamon gurularida ish – harakatni hozir, o`tgan yoki kelasi zamondan birining aniq bir vaqtda bajarilayotganini, davom etayotganini bildiradi.

The Present Continuous zamon guruhlarida ish – harakatni hozir, shu vaqtda bajarilayotganini ko`rsatadi.

We are reading and translating the text – Biz hozir matnni o`qiyapmiz va tarjima qilayapmiz.

The Past Continuous Tense ish – harakatni o`tgan zamonda aniq bir paytda bajarilganini ko`rsatadi:

a) vaqti aniq ko`rsatiladi:


He was making his report U o`z ma`ruzasini soat

at seven o`clock. yettida qilayotgan edi.
b) gapdagi boshqa ish xarakatning o`tgan zamonda bajarilishi bilan bog`liqligini ko`rsatganda:
Tom was writing a letter Men xonaga kirganimda

when I entered the room. Tom xat yozayotgan edi.
The Future Continuous Tense ish – harakatni kelajakda aniq bir vaqtda bajarilishda ishlatiladi:
a) aniq payti ko`rsatiladi:
He will be translating the text U soat to`rtda matnni tarjima

at four o`clock. qilayotgan bo`ladi.
b) kelajakdagi ish – harakatga bog`liq bo`ladi.
He will be translating the text Men uyga kelganimda u matnni

when I come home. tarjima qilayotgan bo`ladi.

O`zbek tiliga tarjima qiling:

  6. He was working all the afternoon yesterday.

Savollarga javob bering:
Namuna:

A: Who is reading your article? (my professor)

B: My professor is.

A: What are you reading? (the book)

B: I am reading the book.


  1. Who is checking the result? (the students)

  2. Who is developing these ideas? (a group of scientists)

  3. Who was showing them the new machine? (the students)

  4. What will you be doing at two o`cloct tomorrow? (writing a letter)

  5. Whom were you speaking to when I saw you? (a foreign scientist)


Uy vazifasi
10-mashqni o`qing va 8, 9-mashqlarni kontrol o`qishga tayyorlang. “A Visit” dialogini magnit lentasidan eshiting. O`qish qoidalarini, grammatik materialni yodlang va mashqlarni bajaring.
