THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION/GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR THE DAYTON

VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), 4100 W. THIRD STREET, DAYTON, OHIO 45428-9000,IT?S ASSOCIATED COMMUNITY BASED

OUTPATIENT CLINICS (CBOCs), AND DAYTON NATIONAL CEMETARY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, EQUIPMENT,

SUPERVISION AND PERSONNEL NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE WORK.
