According to today’s announcements, USDA’ Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) is recommended for small and new coming businesses which are situated far from urban areas. This program can be operated to give a hand to fund educational issues and adolescence educational programms assosiated with employment. Public institutions, non-public organizations and globally admitted Indian Tribes are considered to be acceptable (Freeman, 2014, para.3).



Possible paraphrase:
The Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG) is offered to small and new businesses not located in cities. The grant can be applied toward education programs related to employment and is often used by local entities, nonprofits, and Native American tribes (Freeman, 2014, para.3).
