Keyboard shortcuts 
Keyboard shortcuts are special keys (such as F1 or ESC) that you use 
either alone or in combination with the SHIFT, CTRL, or CTRL+SHIFT 
keys. These keyboard shortcuts enable you to access various types of 
help, to quickly navigate through fields in windows and dialogs, to open 
drop-down lists, and so forth, without having to use the mouse. 
Accessing help 
View topic help on the active window or dialog 
F1 or CTRL+F1
