ABOUT  HOMONYMY  OF  THE  NOMINAL  COMBINATIONS  

IN  THE  MODERN  AZERBAIJANI  LANGUAGE 

 

S u m m a r y 

 

This article is dedicated to the problems of homonymy of the nominal 

combinations in the modern Azerbaijani language. In this article as a result of 

analysis  of  the  artistic  and  publicistic  stylistic  materials  the  concept  of 

possessing rich appearing chances of the homonymic phenomenon of the third 

type defining word combinations is dealt with.The author comes to conclusion 

that as it is possible to eliminate the homonymy of the word combinations by 

means  of  a  sentence,  a  text  and  a  context  it  doesn't  make  obstacle  for  the 

communication process and it is necessary to study this fact of the language.
