PROVIDE STRENGTH OF THE
UNDERGROUND
SECTIONS OF
THE PIPELINE HAVING
DEVIATIONS FROM THE
PROJECT, TAKING INTO
ACCOUNT CHANGE OF THE
CONDITION OF SOIL
This article carried out a complete study of stress-strain state (SSS)
and the evaluation of the strength of
the underground part of the
pipeline project in violation of the provisions. SSS calculations of the
selected section of the pipeline was carried out for two settlement
options in violation of the provisions of the project: 1) the pipeline is
made up of straight pipes and convex inserts; 2)
in the middle part,
where the pipeline has the greatest deviation from the project
straight pipe replaced concave insert. In the third design option, the
settlement is considered the pipeline composed of straight pipes
and convex inserts after his return to the design position. Presented
in the article, diagrams and extremes SSS
pipeline characteristics are
found by solving the problem for the two ground states of: a) the
ends of the calculated portion pinched the ground, so they cannot
move in
the longitudinally direction; b) calculated at the ends of the
ground area is weakened, so it does not
prevent longitudinal
movement of the tube. The calculation results are presented in the
form of diagrams of the main characteristics of the SSS pipeline and
tables, which are given extreme importance of these characteristics.
Each version of the calculation concludes with an analysis of SSS
pipeline and evaluation of its strength in accordance with the

requirements governing the operation of the main pipelines of the
normative documents. Analysis
of SSS and assessment of the
considered part of the pipeline strength found that in violation of the
design position of the pipeline and the weakening of the soil
resistance to longitudinal movements of the pipe greatest bending
stresses occur in the pipeline, in which the angles of rotation in the
vertical plane is made up of curves convex inserts, and the average
part - straight tubes, which can indicate
the presence of potentially
dangerous sites. To reduce the flexural deformation in the above
operating conditions of the pipeline in its design must enter the
following change: replace straight pipe in the middle of concave
inserts.
