- Plan how many booklet, poster, flyers n ticket to be published n photocopied (company of publisher, must survey)
- Plan timetable/place of doing promotion （ktsn, kajang etc）
- Promotion Method (how to promote)
- Create event on facebook
- Check out anytime whether everyone knows the event or not.

- Design poster, flyer, bunting
- Design ticket.

- Prepare and apply digital board.
|
- Print all things (poster, flyer, booklet, ticket…).

- Attach and distribute poster, flyer
|
Fully responsible for booklet
|
-Take Quotation for printing (at least 3)
