Once you have inserted an image make sure its file size is “optimised” by following these simple steps: 1. Click on any image 2. Go to “Format” on the toolbar 3. Click on “compress image” and then “options” 4. Select “target output” as “screen”

• This will automatically compress all images in your presentation and make the file size much smaller, more portable and quicker to load and run without losing quality or definition.
