The Treasury is seeking enthusiastic, dynamic and committed Service Delivery Analysts to join our internal IT team based at our Canberra office. The department’s IT team is located within the Business Services Division, a part of the Corporate Services and Business Strategy Group.
Service Delivery Analysts are the first point of contact for many IT-related services and are renowned for providing reliable, timely and efficient services to Treasury staff and our clients. Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide consistently high-levels of service are critical to the success of this role.
What will be expected of you? Candidates will be required to:

provide front-line (level 1) technical support via phone, email and in-person in a professional manner;
-
quickly identify and troubleshoot reported issues, escalating to level 2 support where necessary;
-
assist in the set-up and support of new workstations in a range of office locations (includes potential interstate travel);
-
contribute to a range of project-related initiatives;
-
have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to working within a small, multidisciplinary team;
-
participate in a roster-based work schedule; and
-
demonstrate well-developed communication, interpersonal and client-service skills.
Eligibility
Employees of the Treasury are required to be Australian citizens and are required to obtain a security clearance prior to commencement and maintain this clearance for the duration of their employment.

Non-ongoing opportunity will be offered for a specified term
This recruitment process is being used to fill both ongoing and non-ongoing positions. Non-ongoing opportunities will be offered for a specified term for an initial period of up 12 to 18 months (determined by business requirements), with the possibility of extension up to three years.
