Duties
Under the direction of the Logistics Support Analysis Manager, the LMCA Team Leader shall undertake strategic aspects of through life support, develop through life support modelling procedures, and contribute to developing a through life support culture within AASPO. The LMCA Team Leader will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Life Cycle Costing, Dynamic Operational Simulation and Repairable Item Optimisation capabilities within AASPO to meet the requirements of HQ 16 Avn Bde preparedness directives and requirements.
Eligibility

Duties
The mission of Fleet Support Unit –Australia (FSU-AUST) is to advance the technical mastery of MT, ET and BM category sailors’ through conducting sustainment activities on RAN ships and systems. A key enabler for this to occur is the manning of the FSU National Office to provide central leadership, consistency and coordination of regional FSU units. The National Resource Coordinator is responsible for processing and governance of all financial and procurement activities in FSU-AUST, managing four geographically dispersed team members who support the procurement and material requirements of the regions. The successful candidate will have subject matter expertise and a strong background in Defence procurement policy and procedures a willingness to work with the team to drive successful outcomes. The position also runs the Project Management Office (PMO) overseeing all current and new improvement projects. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, good time management skills and a commitment to meet deadlines in achieving organisational goals.
