1.The proposed project aims to enhance Government-CSOs partnership in the implementation and monitoring of sector development programs. This focus stems from the global experience that shows how government-CSOs partnerships can help the government to increase the sustainability of its reforms and improve participation and inclusion which promotes effective development results. 28
