1597 Postal Note/Telegram: 1880s QV 1/- green Postal Note h/s SPECIMEN, with ½d QV Chalon fee stamp imprint similar to contemporary Post Cards & printed endorsement on reverse that it can also be used to frank an inland telegram of 10 words.
