1930 1863 GARCIAS POST 1R & 2R blue, se-tenant, blk of 4, with 2 x 1R top & 2 x 2R at bottom. This post was set up by Justiano Garcia after he won the government contract on 18 March 1863. The post was short lived as it was cancelled on 29 April 1863. Most stamps were issued in black, the blue ones being twice as scarce. Superb fresh MLH, nice original gum & all 4 margins.
